How much will my robot sell for?
It sells for the highest bid on auction day. GRID does not guarantee a price.
What fees does GRID charge me?
None. GRID charges no listing fee and no commission. You pay to ship your robot to GRID.
Can I set a reserve price?
No. Every lot has no reserve and sells to the highest bid.
When do I get paid after the sale?
Within 5 business days after the buyer accepts the robot. The money goes to your Stripe account.
Who pays to ship the robot?
You pay to ship it to GRID. The buyer pays GRID Delivery to ship it from GRID.
What happens if it does not sell?
With no reserve it sells to any bid. If it gets no bids we ship it back to you and you pay return freight.
Who wipes the data off my robot?
You do. Before you ship it you unbind every account and delete all personal data from the robot.
