We call within one business day to plan shipping and the auction date.
Ship it to GRID
Sign the Seller Agreement and one Consignment Schedule for this robot. Then send it to the GRID receiving address in your Schedule by the date in your Schedule. Shipping is at your cost. It stays your risk and your insurance until it sells.
We list it and sell it
We photograph it and write the condition report with every known issue. You get 2 business days to point out any factual error before it goes live. Some lots offer viewing by appointment at GRID. We answer buyers and collect payment.
You get paid
GRID charges you no commission. You get the winning bid less only what you owe GRID such as a lien payoff. GRID sends it to your Stripe account within 5 business days after the buyer accepts the robot. Set up Stripe payouts before the auction.
If it gets no bids
You choose to list it again or ship it back at your cost.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw for free before the listing is published. After that it costs $500 until bidding opens. Once bidding opens the robot must sell. You pay return freight.
Who can sell
You are 18 or older or a company. You own the robot. It is a humanoid in the United States. See Seller eligibility for the full rules.
