Quick answers
Who ships my robot to GRID?
You do at your cost. If it comes back to you you pay return freight. If bidding has not opened within 60 days after it arrives GRID pays to ship it back.
Why do I save a card to bid?
So your bids are binding. Nothing is charged when you save it or bid. GRID charges it only if you win and do not pay within 7 business days.
How do I pay if I win?
You get an invoice by email within 1 business day for your winning bid plus the 10% premium, GRID Delivery and sales tax where it applies. Pay it by bank transfer within 7 business days.
How does delivery work?
Every robot ships with GRID Delivery. Its price is on the lot page and is added to your invoice. The robot ships crated and insured for the full winning bid anywhere in the lower 48 states.
I forgot my password.
On the sign in page choose Forgot password? We email you a link to set a new one.
Where do you ship?
The lower 48 US states for now.
What if the robot is not as described?
Email g@gridauction.co within 2 business days after delivery with photos or video. If GRID confirms it we offer a partial refund or take the robot back and refund everything you paid. After 2 business days the sale is final.
Can I bid more than $100,000?
Yes. Email g@gridauction.co with your username and the lot number at least 1 business day before the lot closes. We may ask for proof of funds or a deposit.
What can I sell on GRID?
Humanoid robots in the United States, working or not. No quadrupeds, robot arms or loose parts. See Seller eligibility.
