Many robots, one auction
Each GRID auction has several lots. Each lot is one robot. Every robot is at GRID in Los Angeles before it sells.
Every lot has a closing time
Each lot shows its current bid, the number of bids and the time left. Auction 001 opens Saturday October 31 2026 at 8:00 AM PT. Lots close from 1:00 PM PT. Each lot shows its own closing time.
No reserve
The robot sells to the highest bidder whatever the price. The seller cannot bid on their own robot.
Example. The highest bid at the close is
$24,000. The robot sells for$24,000even if the seller hoped for more.
The last two minutes
A bid in the last 2 minutes resets that lot's clock to 2 minutes. The lot closes only when 2 minutes pass with no new bid.
After the close
The winner gets an invoice within 1 business day and pays it within 7 business days. GRID crates the robot and ships it once the payment clears. The seller is paid after the buyer accepts the robot.
